Firefighters Rescue Dogs From Burning House In California
Nine dogs, including six puppies, were rescued after a fire erupted in a house in San Bernardino, California, on November 16.
When fire crews arrived, the occupants were outside and alerted them that several pets were trapped inside the smoke- and flame-filled home.
“Firefighters simultaneously conducted a fire attack as well as a search operation,” the fire department said. “Unfortunately, one dog did not survive due to significant smoke conditions, despite the efforts of the paramedics who delivered treatment.”
