Watch: The Anaheim Ducks Just Helped Make This Make-A-Wish Dream Come True

The NHL's Anaheim Ducks partnered with Make-A-Wish to make 12-year-old Jackson Lewis-Rodriguez’s dreams come true. Jackson, who has a serious heart condition, was in uniform with his favorite team and led the Ducks onto the ice for the start of the game against the Vegas Golden Knights. Jackson's condition requires him to have a pacemaker. He signed a contract with the Ducks and practiced with the team at Great Park Ice in Irvine, Calif.
